My experience with Interstate was excellent. We broke down at night, two hours away from home with two young children, on the side of I-90.
Tyler, our driver, was extremely helpful and professional the entire time. He made sure we knew what to expect so that there were no surprises, and towed us all the way home (2 hours!)
Tyler helped us get through a very bad situation.
Thank you Interstates, and thank you Tyler for getting us home safe.

My vehicle had no oil in it due to a mistake made by the place I had the oil changed. I was told to have the vehicle towed back to the shop. That was on a Saturday and Interstate sent up a flatbed to tow the vehicle. When Lou from Interstate got here, he determined that due to no oil the vehicle could not start and could not be put in neutral as there was no way to override the shifter. Dragging the vehicle onto the flatbed would damage the trans axles and transmission. He said they would send up a wrecker with dollies for the front wheels the next day. The next day, Mike from interstate came and got the vehicle on the wrecker. I just want to say that both Lou and Mike were extremely professional and were very concerned about making sure my vehicle sustained no damage.

You guys saved me!! Thank you! A woman took my call (quickly! I was at 1% battery on my cell phone and she got it done fast), a woman drove and towed my car...that was really awesome for my daughter and me to see. Very efficient and they didnt jack up the price since I was stuck in a pickle. Great all around and Girl power!
